Built by someone who lives this
Cricket has been my passion for years. I've played across clubs, helped with the work behind running them, and I'm still actively playing today. Aatago grew from watching admins lose hours every week to scattered chats, availability follow-ups, selections, fees and reminders — so I built the tool I wished we had.
— Ravi Chennupati, founder of Aatago
Running a club is hard enough without the admin.
Every week it's the same: who replied, who didn't, who's actually showing up Saturday, and the group-chat chaos about who's paid. Aatago takes the chasing off your plate.
What changes on day one
✓ One schedule everyone can see
✓ RSVPs with read-and-response tracking — you know exactly who's ghosting you
✓ One tap to nudge the stragglers
✓ Dues tracking with one-tap reminders to players who owe
Up and running in three steps
Invite your players
Share one invite link. Players join, set their availability, and they're in.
Schedule and stop chasing
Post the fixture, watch RSVPs roll in, nudge the stragglers, pick your XI.
Everything a club admin needs, nothing they don't
The tools that cover the whole week — from fixture announcement to fees collected.
No ads. Ever.
The #1 complaint about team apps. Aatago has zero ads — on free, on paid, forever.
Stop chasing RSVPs
Going / maybe / no — with response tracking, so you know exactly who's ghosting you. One tap nudges the stragglers.
Know who's paid
Season-fee tracking with one-tap reminders to the players who owe. Only admins see who's paid — players see just their own dues. No more spreadsheet treasurer.
One team or the whole club
Start with your squad. Grow to every squad without changing tools.
Teams
Your first team is free, forever. Schedule fixtures, track RSVPs with response visibility, collect season fees and send announcements — everything a single squad needs.
Clubs
One club price covers unlimited teams. Match formats, locked squads, player transfers and club finances — built for clubs running multiple squads.
Your group chat was never the solution
WhatsApp buries the fixture under 200 messages. Spreadsheets need a treasurer who never sleeps. Aatago puts the schedule, availability, fees and reminders in one place — everyone sees the same plan, and nothing important scrolls away.
Meet Chitti Coming soon
Your AI admin assistant. Chitti handles the follow-ups, so you can focus on the game.
Concept preview — Chitti is in development
Chases unpaid fees
Reminds players with outstanding season fees — politely and automatically — until it's sorted.
Nudges non-responders
Follows up with players who haven't RSVP'd before the availability deadline, so you're not sending the third "please reply" text.
Summarizes availability
Tells you at a glance who's unavailable for the match — selection takes minutes, not a group-chat scroll.
Keeps you on the game
Every follow-up Chitti handles is one you don't. Less admin, more cricket.
Start free. Upgrade when you're ready.
Free for one team, forever — no credit card required. Paid plans from $12 CAD/month.
Safe for your youngest players
Cricket skews young, so we built Aatago like it. Your team's data is hosted in Canada, visible only to your club, and never sold or used for advertising. Parents see everything their kids see.
Questions club admins ask
We're mid-season. Is it a bad time to switch?
No. Most clubs are live the same evening they sign up — we help move your roster over, and nothing about your current season has to pause.
How is Aatago different from a WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet?
WhatsApp and spreadsheets were never built for running a club: news gets buried, nobody knows who's seen what, and the treasurer's spreadsheet lives on one phone. Aatago gives you one schedule, RSVP tracking with read-and-response visibility, dues tracking and announcements that reach everyone. See the full comparison with TeamSnap and Spond.
Is Aatago only for cricket?
No — it works for any team sport. But it was designed by people who live and breathe cricket, so cricket teams get match formats, locked squads, transfers and fielding sessions that generic apps don't understand.
Does Aatago do live ball-by-ball scoring?
No — player stats stay simple on purpose. The admin enters runs, wickets and catches after each match, and Aatago keeps totals, averages, matches played and leaderboards. No live scoring, no ball-by-ball entry.
Do my players have to pay?
Never. Only the club pays for a subscription. Players join free, RSVP free, everything free.
What is Chitti?
Chitti is the AI admin assistant we're building for Aatago. It handles the follow-ups for you — reminding players with unpaid fees, nudging match non-responders, and summarizing who's unavailable — so you can focus on the game. It's in development and coming soon.
Can I try the paid features first?
Yes — every new club gets a 30-day trial of paid features, no credit card required.
