Is there really a free trial? Do you need my card?

Yes, 30 days of the paid features on any new club — and no, we don't ask for a card. If you do nothing, you simply land on the Free tier.

Can I cancel or downgrade?

Anytime, from your billing settings. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your data is retained — nothing gets deleted.

What happens if a payment fails?

You get a 7-day grace period to sort it out. After that the club automatically moves to the Free tier. Your teams, players and history stay intact.

Do my players have to pay anything?

Never. The subscription is per club, paid by whoever runs it. Players join, RSVP and play entirely free.

Why per club instead of per team?

Because that's how amateur sports actually works. A club running five teams would pay per team elsewhere. Here it's one flat price that covers every team you run.

What is the Season plan?

Six months of Team ($59 CAD / $43 USD) or Club ($174 CAD / $129 USD) — one season, one price, built for sports like cricket that run half the year. It renews automatically every 6 months and you can cancel anytime. Annual ($99 CAD / $72 USD for Team, $290 CAD / $209 USD for Club) is the best value: 12 months including the off-season. When would I choose Monthly?

Monthly (Team $13 CAD / $10 USD, Club $39 CAD / $29 USD) is the flexible premium option — for clubs that only need a month or two, like a short tournament. Playing a full season? The Season or Annual plan costs much less.
