Aatago is a product of Javi Ventures Ltd.

1. What we collect

To run your club, Aatago collects:

• Account data: your name, email address, and login credentials (managed by our identity provider).
• Team data: club and team names, rosters, schedules, RSVPs, availability blocks, announcements, and selections you create in the app.
• Billing data: your subscription tier and payment status, processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: basic device and usage information needed to keep the service running (e.g. app version, error logs).

2. How we use it

We use your data only to provide and improve the service: running schedules and RSVPs, sending the notifications you asked for, processing your subscription, and providing support. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

3. Who sees it

Your team data is visible to members of your own club as the app's features require (e.g. RSVPs your admin can see). We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the service — hosting (AWS), identity (Cognito), and payments (Stripe) — each bound by their own privacy obligations.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your club account is active. If you delete your account or downgrade, team data is retained per our data-retention schedule and deleted on request, subject to legal obligations (e.g. billing records).

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

6. Children

Aatago is intended for team organizers and players. Accounts for young players should be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

7. Changes

We'll post any changes to this policy here and update the date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
