Terms of Service

Aatago is a product of Javi Ventures Ltd. These terms form an agreement between you and Javi Ventures Ltd.

1. The service

Aatago ("we") provides team-management software for amateur sports clubs: scheduling, RSVPs, availability, announcements, and related features (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Club administrators are responsible for the members they invite.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans: Free ($0), Team ($13/month, $59/season, or $99/year), Club ($39/month, $174/season, or $290/year). Prices are shown in Canadian dollars; U.S. customers are billed in U.S. dollars at checkout. Taxes extra where applicable.
  • Trial: new clubs receive a 30-day trial of paid features with no card required.
  • Renewal: paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
  • Cancellation: cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period, then the club moves to the Free tier. Data is retained.
  • Past due: after a 7-day grace period, unpaid clubs are moved to the Free tier automatically.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no harassment of other users, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, and no use of the Service for anything other than organizing your teams. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the team data you put into Aatago. You grant us a license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You can export or delete your data on request.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aatago's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and disputes will be resolved in Edmonton, Alberta.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
