Delete your account

Aatago is a product of Javi Ventures Ltd. You can delete your Aatago account and the personal data tied to it at any time — no phone call, no retention script. There are two ways:

1. Delete it yourself in the app (immediate)

1. Open Aatago and go to your Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Yes, delete everything.

Your account and sign-in are deleted right away, and you are returned to the sign-in screen.

Club admins: if you are the only admin of a club, deletion is blocked until you hand admin to another member or close the club — this protects your members from losing their club by accident. Do that first, then delete.

2. Ask us by email

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We verify the request is really from you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials.
• Your profile and personal data (name, email address).
• Your memberships, RSVPs and availability.

Some records are kept where the law or our Privacy Policy requires it — for example billing records — and club content such as fixtures and match results may remain part of the club's own records without your personal details attached.

Delete some data, keep your account

You can also ask us to delete specific personal data while keeping your account. Email [email protected], tell us what you want removed, and we will process it within 30 days.
